Three keys to a healthy heart

Monday, December 1, 2008

Unlike the timex watch, the heart can not take a licking and keep on ticking. But when it stops...You stop. The heart is affected by many of the foods we eat. Especially the ones high in chelesterol and fat content. These two work together to stop the flow of blood through the arteries. They form platelets which stick to the inner walls of our arteries, thereby blocking blood flow. Many of us enjoy life day to day,not realizing that a good time now will make us pay later

We walk around with swollen legs which is caused in some cases by the right chamber of the heart. A backup of blood coming from the ligs. It may involve the right and left ventricle also. An over indulgence of salt aggravates this by causing excess fluid buildup.

Key number one in maintaining a healthy heart is a proper diet. Sometimes we should eat the very things we do not want. Not because it tastes good, but because it is good for us. Key number two is a short trip back to the proper vitamins and nutrients...CO Enzyme Q10 is very important for heart failure. It stimulates normal immune function while helping with chronic fatigue. It stabilizes cell membranes, and improves metabolic rate.

Key number three includes a regimen of other minerals. They are vitamin E,C,and magnesium and several others. Living it up when we are young will most certainly include winding down when age comes upon us. These vitamins and minerals come with dosage directions and will go many miles in restoring what is lost. Try them for life! If you know what I mean.

The heart may be compared to a pump that pumps life through the body. If this is true, that life is contained in the blood. The very fluid that the heart pumps throughout the body. It is vital in so many ways
